Melissa Lee – Associate Attorney, is a graduate of the University at Buffalo (BS, Accounting) and New York Law School (JD). Prior to joining the firm as a Law Clerk in October 2020, Melissa was a full-time law student and worked part-time on foreclosure defense and bankruptcy. She currently assists clients with Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, and Guardianship matters.

David Cano – Associate Attorney, is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. He assists with estate planning, probate and estate administration, and Surrogate’s Court litigation, and is licensed to practice law in New York. During law school, David served as Senior Articles Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and interned at the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients in a range of civil cases.
